They are not people of their word. They told me they would have everything sent "before lunch" since all paperwork was checked off and my case was "rare" in terms of having paperwork. Told me I get expedited shipping and sent me off.They call back not even an hour later saying there was a document missing when she specifically said everything was there. Couldn't get ahold of my case worker, EVER, and the supervisor never answers. Three weeks later, it was denied as not all documents were present but was there ever anyone to follow up to help me with the missing document? Not in sight. Unprofessional in all aspects. If I could give 0.5 stars I would.

Is there a number of complaints? The workers act as if they are the ones who give you the money! They are just employees and they get paid for not doing their job well. They never answer the phone and never call you back. In the bay area with so many people there they always answer, and here in this small town they never answer as if they are very busy. They get paid for not doing their job well.

I hate the wait. I've been calling for the a whole month and no response. In regards to our medi-cal stopped, I left multiple voicemails and no call back. Definitely not doing their job. Finally, went in and talk to the supervisor and she explained to me with an attitude that I was missing some information. After all those voicemails that I left for her, she did not have 2 minutes to call me back and tell me to bring in the missing information. Such of my waste of my time calling them for a whole month. She even told me that my case won't be review because there were 6-7 families ahead of my case. Okay and that was suppose to be my fault because they couldn't do their job fast enough. Overall, I'm just disappointed that they never called me back like what they said on their voicemail. Best chance is to go in and talk to them.
