Really lovely experience, couldn't have asked for more. Props to Nathan for being so helpful, accommodating and kind. Best customer service I have received in some time. Were I from the area, this would be my absolute first choice.

I had the worst experience today…. Jessica one of the clerks LACKS customer service skills, definitely should not be working with patients or the public!!!! She was super rude, was yelling at me from behind the counter rather than walking up to me and asking if I needed help!!! When I asked if she was talking to me she got hostile… she then walked away and rudely told her co-worker I needed help.
Definitely not how you treat your customers!

Overall an excellent experience here with Humanity’s staff. The place is very clean, modern, and very aesthetically pleasing. The selection is very good, and there were some irresistible products I had to have! The budtenders we worked with, primarily Alexis (and I forget the guy’s name), were super helpful and knowledgeable about product. If I had to complain about something, it’s that the small size of the shop means only two or three people in at a time, so you have to wait to get inside. But overall, it’s worth it. Solid spot.
