I've had a negative experience with Vincent Humphrey and Associates. After discussing my case with Mr. Humphrey, he suggested I meet with one of his attorney's on staff to further discuss my case and see if they would be a good fit for me. They require a signed contract and payment prior to the 1 hour meeting. The attorney he assigned for this and I met, discussed my case and I came to the conclusion I was ready to move forward with her as my new attorney. We discussed the transfer of records from the attorney I had been using to her and I stated, that would work. 2 hours later, they came back and stated her schedule is suddenly too busy and couldn't handle my case. I thought this was ridiculous and asked them why they couldn't figure out her schedule prior to my spending the $275 and suddenly they've gone dark and won't return my calls nor pick up when I do call. I wouldn't recommend Humphrey and Associates for anyone!!!
