Drove all the way from Kent just to see their cars. Spoke to Abdul who positively assured me there were cars in my price range and that he'd make me a deal. No cars for me to see, no deals. It took us an hour in our rented car to get there. Of course there's an hour back. RUINED our car shopping day. Never test drove anything there. The man we spoke to was nice (not Abdul, I don't think) so they get two stars for not being rude. Ruined our entire day though, cost us money and time. I felt so stupid and let down for trusting a used car dealer.

I found a car on carfax with a full report, came to the shop, the car fully corresponded to the description and photos, no surprises. No one stood over my head while I was inspecting the car, no one restricted me during the test drive, I did all the car tests I wanted. They did not try to sell me anything extra (additional services, insurance, etc.). The car was parked for a long time, the parking brake got stuck on one of the wheels, and I was offered a discount or repair. Everything is as transparent and honest as possible. I recommend these guys!
