Unfortunately if you call and ask questions about what is wrong with your prescription getting filled you get a snarky manager on the phone. As any person would call and ask questions on why their prescriptions wouldn't be getting filled. Simple questions. Your staff sounds fed up when they answer the phone. Customer service is a hard job, if you can't handle it don't work it.

Staff is genuinely caring and very freindly. I usually use the drive thru but the inside is cozy and comfy with free coffee and lots of cute stuff to look at in the gift shop. Not that I ever have to wait long for my scrips to be filled. I used to dread having to go to the pharmacy before Hometown opened. Really love this team. Great job!

I've been going to this pharmacy for over a year, just in this time period I've watched all their staff get switched out with people who seemingly hate their job, or they can't even pretend to have good customer service.. Everytime I call the people who answer already sound fed up with me before I've even said hello. To top it off today, the new Pharmacist gave me completely inaccurate information about a medication I'm taking and actually argued and spoke over me throughout the entire conversation. Do yourself a favor and don't tell people it's just anxiety when they're actually having a negative reaction to a medication. Also switching brands does make a difference and no they are not made "basically the same". I don't recommend getting any help from Janie.
