Surprised at all the poor reviews for as I have had only good experiences with the entire team at this location. From Ron the Shuttle Driver, Daniel my Service Advisor, to David the Service Manager, they have provided top notch service to make sure my repair issue was fixed and I was never stranded waiting for rides after car drop-off and pick-up at service center. It took a few attempts for the real problem to finally be diagnosed and resolved as they could not recreate the problem on their test drives (my 2019 Hyundai Tucson would not accelerate while trying to get up to speed on some freeway on-ramps, a truly scary situation!) but the service team continued to make timely appointments each time it occurred to check error codes generated and was able to finally determine the root cause. I waited to write this review (repair was made end of May) to make sure problem didn't reoccur and so far, all has been good. I was even confident enough to make the road trip to/from BC, Canada last week and happy to report no issues with the acceleration. Thank you Kirkland Service Team for not giving up and your always courteous service. Like I told you guys, I would give you 6 Stars if I could!

My car makes a strange noise every time I step on the brake. I reported this issue to the staff twice during maintenance and found that it is a normal situation and does not require repair. The key is that they did not check it at all, but blurted it out. I went to another place for inspection and indeed encountered some problems. I replaced the parts with new ones and the abnormal noise disappeared. I am very disappointed with the service here. Maybe they don't lack customers, so they don't care

7 weeks of having my vehicle and I can’t even get someone to call me back. They have not communicated at all. I have called left messages sent emails nothing. When i physically went in they said “we will call you” that was 4 weeks ago and still no phone call. Just awful customer service. Maybe someday I’ll hear from them. For now just a single mom with no car dealing with a crappy dealership.
