I want to thank Steve Hubbard for helping me find and get into a very nice automobile at very easy convenient terms when nobody else would. Steve is quite remarkable and definitely a people’s person and treats people very respectfully and explains in detail in a way that an ordinary person can understand. He encourages questions and even suggests that if there’s anything at all that you don’t understand? please ask me. He is both professional and courteous as well as everyone in this remarkable place of business. Everyone is friendly and smiling and you can tell immediately they work as team and all work well together, more like a family than a place of business. I’ve dealt with a lot of business with my tenure as a Washington State Compliance Officer with Labor & Industries.Most the time we do not give Kudos to anyone or any business. Usually when a business sees me walking in the door is almost always bad news for the business and/or upper management. Not so with this place of business. So in this my hat does go off to Steve Hubbard and in fact all of the other employees here. Upper management has certainly established a great team here and you can tell the training this dealership has has is second to none. I just want to give the up most appropriation for DALE GARCIA at I5 cars in chehalis! With his hard work and dedication he was able to get me and my husband both new cars even working with not such great credit.
