I've been living here for 3 to 4 years already and the maintenance team is so awesome, yes, they raised my rent, and hopefully they don't raise it anymore, because I'm not sure if I'll be able to pay it lol, but they always respond so quickly if you have any issues. I just love the IC property team, they work fast, and hustle to make sure you feel comfortable at home. They're amazing rent one of their units!

I’ve dealt with many property companies especially those with a vast majority of people. However by far this has got to be the worst one. I met with the manager in charge of the property rental and he himself gave me a 5 page application which I filled out, twice one for me and one for my sister who was going to rent with me. I drive all the way to their office only to have the office clerk tell me that the application I was given was the incorrect one, and she wouldn’t accept. With all of that I agreed to fill out AGAIN, but before she gave me the application she made sure she tells me “mam just so you know, we do have applications pending and being processed” so basically don’t bother filling out. Worst customer service. Un-professional

Unprofessional. Took +4 months to get a leak + water damage fixed. They don't respond to emails, and to top it off the staff has no idea how to properly speak to tenants respectfully/professionally. Be sure to get everything in writing the moment that staff member approves things. Staff members there make clerical errors then, unfortunately, blame tenants later down the line. Definitely a learning experience dealing with this property management team.
