Dr. Bensbaa is very thorough yet personable. I had been a long-time patient of Dr. Ross at Family Eyecare in Campbell and was sent to this location by Dr. Ross' staff. I was initially unhappy about this change; however, now I feel I am in good hands at i-care, and will happily go back to this location assuming Dr. Bensbaa sticks around. I appreciate the great service I received from the office staff!

Doctor is good but they have careless and rude front desk/store manager. They made mistake and ordered the wrong contact different from prescription. And I was forced to drive and return the wrong contact in person. They don’t ship the new contacts to me and treat me like a theft who would steal their contacts. No apologies from the mistake they made. I spent extra time and gas money. And only exchange part of them because I use some(that is because they take nearly 1 month to deal with the issue and I ran out of the old lens).
I get angry about the whole thing and bad attitude they have, so decide to not come again.

We had several appointments at this location with Dr. Bensbaa and each time was pleasant. The doctor was amazing with our 6 year old, made him feel safe and comfortable. Everything Dr. Bensbaa did he explained and answered any questions we had. Great service, very professional with a hint of humor. Highly recommended.
