Equity Management AKA IE Management in Bakersfield is the worse property management I've ever dealt with. I complained for months about a problem w/toilet kept running and over flowing then my Apt flooded due to it not being fixed & I contacted their after hours line & they did not come for 3 days & has not come out to repair drywall or rip out the nasty 20 year old carpeting. I'm going throgh GBLA and Code Compliance/enforcement & BBB. My front door will not shut or lock they still have not came out to fix it along with numerous other repairs that have never been addressed. Some of there employees are very rude & unprofessional. When you call in they keep telling you that they are sending someone out. I'm still waiting!!! Every time I go into their office it is full of renters complaining about Equity Management AKA EI Management Worse business I've ever dealt with I wish they never bought our apartments as it has been hell ever since! Rating Negative 100 stars!!!

Left me without a water heater for four days, gave me an apartment that had bedbugs, ac went out and they are refusing to fix it or let me replace it They acknowledged giving me a dirty apartment and didn’t want to do anything to make it right
