I have been going to this place for years and today was so disappointing. The chicken and pork was such bad quality that is was almost inedible. The pork was these thin cut pieces of who knows what part. Also their portions used to be larger costing less and this one meal cost $16.00. I luv Terryaki made me hate it today I am sorry to say.

With all the bad reviews, I wonder if its the same owner as Georgetown, gtown is the bomb, I guess I will skip pass renton and stic wit gtown, the owner needs to read these reviews before they get shut down, a simple teryaki place should not have reviews this bad, must be pure laziness, cuz chicken , rice and sauce is simple, to keep the general population happy. Get it together y'all.

The three bites I ate were excellent tasting, but then I found a hair in my rice.... and it wasn't mine. They offered to make a replacement order - no, thank you. I just wanted a refund. Impossible to get one. Manager wasn't available (on-site or by phone) and the cashier didn't know how to do a refund using a credit card. My meal was 9.50, plus tax & tip - but I told her I'd be happy if she just gave me $10 cash instead of a full refund, and she could leave her manager a note. She didn't know how and said she had to pay for any errors in the till. Finally one of the cooks handed her a $10 bill to give to me.
