Will no longer be going here. It's first time I got very bad sevice here. I often come here with my boyfriend. The nice lady that would normally attend to us wasn't there so i feel bad about leaving this review. So it was another server. We ordered the egg rolls, beef & brisket pho along with the beef eggplant and she even asked my boyfriend again if it was beef eggplant and he said yes. But she got the wrong order and gave us chicken eggplant so we told her kindly that it was wrong. In a couple minutes we received raw beef in the eggplant. This isn't our first time getting beef eggplant so we know it wasn't supposed to be cooked that way. The cook and server shouldn't have got mad at us for them getting it wrong and done a better job. It's upsetting that we got treated that way since it use to be our favorite spot.

We eat here at least once a week being that we work so close, we can walk there. The plate size is massive and delicious. You leave feeling full and that you got what you paid for. I love 23 personally, it’s a light but filling meal (and it comes with an egg roll 😉)

Wife got the regular steak Pho and I got the chicken fried rice with pineapple. The pho was great and delicious while the fried chicken had some flavor. The chicken was plain and the rice was not fully fried as I had expected but all in all they both tasted great! The service was excellent and pricing is fair. I would definitely refer this I-Pho to all my friends and family.
