We rented a jumper for our kids at Griffith park and the man and women that picked up our rental were extremely rude he was yelling and cursing and my wife after the park ranger asked us to move the jumper because it was in a unsafe location we did not move it the rangers did and the man didn't care what we had to say as we tried to explain that we didnt move it. We will never rent from this company again

We recently had a party for my little brother and the customer service and pricing was great ! They were there on time to pick up and set up ! I would recommend , I know there’s many negative reviews but it was definitely not my experience, ibarras party rentals was great thank you !

Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Quoted me over $500 for a combo jumper, and when I asked if they could do better on the price the man just started screaming at me like a child and then hung up. I don’t understand how they’re still in business.
