Tim came out and did roof work on our home. He was communicative about being late due to traffic, giving me a text update while he was on his way. He showed me pictures and video of the work that he did before he left. Overall was professional and courteous.

The IBEX rep who gave us a bid for our roof was really not interested when we asked about gutters too, he said we could probably find a cheaper gutter company. We did have IBEX do the roof. Later found a company called Happy Gutters that is actually owned by IBEX, they advertise as Happy Gutters, but IBEX people run it, they do contract out the actual gutter work. The price was good and nice to have roof & gutters all under warranty with the same company. The 2 man crew arrived on time, discussed their work plan as I did not want them on the roof and there were some uneven ground conditions for ladders to work around. I monitored the quality of their work which was fine until I noticed a defect on the last gutter they had just installed. They offered to replace it but I said let's see if it going to be ok. After they left I noticed they did not sweep up the metal clippings and shavings from the street in front of my driveway where that work was done. A few hours later the IBEX rep showed up for the post job inspection, we looked at the gutter defect and decided it needed to be replaced. Also told him about the mess I cleaned up. The crew was scheduled to come back in 2 weeks with a morning arrival between 8 to 9 am. A little after 9 with no crew, I texted the IBEX project manager, with no response after 2 more hours I called the IBEX project manager and was told they would not be there until 1:30 or 2 pm, they arrived finally at 2:30 pm. A lot of wait time for me with other things I could have done. They replaced the defective gutter to my satisfaction, however a small mess was left on the street again for me to clean up. So IBEX really wants you to give them a 5 star rating, however since I had to clean up their messes, wait on them without any notice of delay and the defect was on them for not paying enough attention to detail, a 4 star is being more than generous in my opinion.

Excellent customer service, addressed our questions and concerns immediately. Crew was very professional and polite. Cleanup wasn’t an issue and the job was completed two days faster than the original schedule. Very impressive and would definitely recommend to others.
