I have had the pleasure of working with Sherilyn both as a lymphatic massage therapist and with hypnotherapy. I have never experienced hypnotherapy before so I went into my appointment not knowing what to expect. During the session I remember feeling so peaceful and happy. It almost feels like a meditative state. I have noticed positive shifts in my thinking patterns. I really enjoyed the experience and had complete trust with Sherilyn. I would recommend her to anyone and think that she is a great asset to our community.

Sherilyn gave me a wonderful experience yesterday afternoon. I have several health concerns and she made me feel completely validated and at ease. She took the time to really listen and assess what would be best for me. The message was relaxing and was enhanced by the amazing herbs that she used. I have never slept better! I have a feeling I am going to become a regular client

She is Sensitive to chronic issues and working with your body to release toxins and tensions. I am definitely feeling better and plan to return for more help!
