They resized a ring for me within 2 hours (much faster than other quotes I got, and also for a lower price). The ring looks great and the staff was very helpful. I will recommend this shop to friends.

The store doesn't look like much from the outside, but the service is outstanding, as is the honestly of the staff. I brought in a watch and said I'd been told by another store it could not be repaired. While that could have been an opportunity to make money from me, the staff said it was just a battery issue and my watch is working as good as new for $20. I'll certainly give them my business in the future.

I absolutely love Tan's work. He worked with my fiance to custom design exactly what I wanted in an engagement ring since I was very particular about the ring and wedding band fitting together. We liked him so much we got both bands through him too, for very reasonable prices. When we picked them up he made sure they were the right size and talked us through how they should fit in different seasons and even offered to resize them before the wedding if our sizes changed. He also repaired my great grandmother's antique ring so he is good with old and new alike!
