Went there for my very first appointment for laser hair removal, Divine (removal technician) explained everything whats to expect and how the procedure goes. The front desk lady was very helpful as well. Overall excellent service! Im excited for my next appointment.

I just completed my 2nd session of hair removal today and was fortunate enough to be scheduled with Divine. She went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable during my treatment by utilizing ice packs and aloe cream in the “spicy spots”. She was quick but thorough and I’m already looking forward to my next service. Highly recommend!

I've been having laser treatments at the Mill Creek, WA location since Dec 2023 and every visit has been great! I have had treatments with both Hannah and Devine and they are both amazing. Devine is very personable and, as someone with a professional history with surgery patients, she is sensitive to her current patients pain levels. Both Her and Hannah always ensure to check in to make sure you're comfortable. I've done multiple sessions with Hannah and she's been awesome every time. I personally am a "power through it" person, but she never fails to check in with me regularly. The clinic manager, Angelina, must be doing a great job cause I couldn't ask for a better experience both back in the appointments and up front with scheduling. Highly recommend to anyone interested!
