Just completed my leg treatment with Hannah - she was an amazing hair removal tech and made sure to keep me distracted with fun conversations throughout this somewhat painful process. I will miss discussing the latest TV show developments with her!

All staff and techs at this location have been lovely. The reception is super friendly, and they always make me feel welcome.

I just wanted to share that my BBL treatment by Hannah was amazing ! I’ve gotten this treatment about 7 times by a few technicians at a different location. They were kind and I liked them but my skin didn’t seem much different to be honest. Hannah asked me my skin concerns and tried to adjust the machine settings to get the best results for me. After few days from the treatment, I can really see improvement to my skin. I highly recommend her. She is super friendly too!!!

I have been undergoing laser hair treatment for almost a year-at least it feels like its been that long, lol. The treatment sessions are spread out to allow skin to heal and hair loss to be appropriately assessed. I have been treated with professionalism and kindness by the entire staff at the Thornton Creek location. I understand that not everybody will respond well to this kind of treatment and that was explained in detail. Fortunately, that didn't apply to me. The only thing I wish could be different is the sales person I worked with on-line before I ever set foot in the actual office. That person did not seem very knowledgeable about the process and promised things that weren't included in the scope of the contract. Despite that, I am pleased with the results and thrilled to not have to attend to unwanted facial hair every day! I would definitely return to this office in the future if I decide to have any additional treatments they offer.
