I had a great experience. She contacted me first thing when she noticed I was a new registered user. She went over all my options and clearly and quickly explained them. She was always very considerate of my time but also wanted to be sure that I understood what I was purchasing. Very professional and personal all at the same time. I would want her on my staff if I owned this type of business %100. Thanks for your help today I appreciate you!!!

I can't thank the owners of Ideal Mini Storage enough for helping me in these rough times. My son was born premature at 24 weeks and weighed less than 1Lb. He was Air lifted to Seattle Children's Hospital because Richland did not have the medical equipment he needed. I was 2 months behind on my payment so I spoke with management at Ideal Mini Storage and told them my situation and they helped me out by reducing my total bill for 2 months, they also waived my fees. I'm glad to know there is still good kind hearted people out there. Thank you Ideal Mini Storage from the bottom of my ❤️... I am recommending Ideal Mini Storage to every one I know.

My experience with Ideal Mini Storage has been nothing but great. Management staff are very friendly and helpful. When I had a death in the family, they worked with me when I got behind on my lease and thanks to them I didn't loose my contents. I would highly recommend using this facility.
