Stopped coming here after walking in to check in and the young adults sitting at the front desk started laughing hysterically in my face. When I asked if they were ok they just continued laughing. Very unprofessional, especially in a medical setting

this clinic and all off the wonderful staff are amazing truly!! they are very respectful understanding in all about there clients needs they in above and beyond stay late you name it! they work with you in any way they can to make the program work for you and to see you move forward and grow in your recovery! this clinic and most of all there staff have changed my life yes of course I had to do my part and put forth the effort and want to change, but I looked forward to my appointments each week each & every time i arrived they were greeted of with smiles and made conversation anxious to hear how my week went and how I things were going!! I an so thankful for ideal options and there wonderful staff!!:) so if your looking to change your life around and want to get clean and sober and find recovery there is hope.....

I would like to commend the good people at Ideal Options for bringing brighter days back into patients lives! From the front desk to the doctor, they show they truly care! They treat you with dignity and morality. I would and have recommended them to loved ones! If you need a shoulder, get ahold of them!!!! GOD bless!!!!
