The realitor hired a company to do the roof. I got up on the roof to look when I got home. Every shingle was installed incorrectly. Either high nails or nails blown completely thru. I told them to stop and I called their boss. The crew left and didn't clean up any of their mess. The screen shot is the response from the home inspectior after I sent him pics. Wouldnt recommend this company to people I didn't like. Oh they also left the vent holes completly open with rain coming a few hours later.
