Only good experiences at this office. I feel bad to have forgotten her name, but the nurse practioner with the red hair has a very gentle and kind demenor and it is very clear she has a strong passion for helping women. She took her time to hear me out, understand my concerns and work with me to resolve them. The medical student/student nurse that was there to earn her clinical hours, was also wonderful and had a very natural bedside manner. Usually when I've had med students observing other Dr. appointments they will just kind of look on awkwardly, but this girl seemed very relaxed and at ease in the environment so I was very surprised when she said it was her first day. Even though she was only observing, her relatability and something simple as giving a kind squeeze on my arm when I was getting anxious about my examination, put me at ease. You will definitely be treated with understanding and gentleness when you come to this office.

Do not come here! Had lash extensions here done by Sheena Baca and left with the ugliest lashes that looked so ridiculous and long. Apparently this office which is associated with the clinic is hiring their medical assistants to do beauty services.I showed her a picture of what I wanted and after seeing her other work trusted that she knew what she was doing. Well she did the exact opposite. I Immediately expressed that this was not what I wanted that they were bothering me. The lashes were all the same size and had no natural transition from the corners which caused the lashes to poke into my eyes. It was an absolute nightmare, I had to go pay someone else to remove them as I couldn't not take another day of irritation. After telling her the situation she refused to refund me and claimed she thought "they looked great" she ignored completely the entire issue that they were irritating my eyes. She also refused to refund me my money. I even advised her that I would accept a partial refund and she refused that. If you want terrible lashes and want to get scammed by medical assistants that just learned how to do beauty services yesterday, then this is the place for you.
