Paid for a new washer and dryer, and it took about a month to get all the appliances and parts delivered. During this time, I tried to call, but their answering system would not allow a message to be left. I had to send an email, and an associate from Santa Maria. The manager told my wife the washer would be installed for all the hassles we endured, but then he said he would have to charge for the installation. We have bought other appliances through them, and there were issues with them, too ( a range and dishwasher). I wanted to support a local business, but we will look elsewhere for our next appliance.

Recently purchased a washer and dryer from Idler's. Their sales person was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The schedule kept us updated on delivery status. The delivery/installers, Evan and his assistant, were Outstanding! Professional, careful, efficient and proficient. They even took the time to show us how to operate the appliances. Thank you Idler's for outstanding customer service!
