Overall I am very happy with your product. I am hopefully never going to have to rely on it because of disaster (loss/damage to my computer). I do want to suggest that the mobile updates for me have not been running as a scheduled back up. I have to initiate it every time. Not sure why. I am not sure if that is me (user error) and I have to fix a backup setting or something else. Hopefully that's something I can fix on my end. Like I said though, overall I am very happy. This is my main backup for my computer and I am depending on it. Thank you for a great product!
