My friend just tried to get service and was told they dont send someone to install or see if they can "even get their service". The lady on the phone said after we find someone to come check "the box" (but couldnt tell us who to call for that), to call them back.. I dont think so. I've never honestly seen such low level of customer service.

Friendly staff though somewhat short handed. The technician tested but could not pinpoint the issue, he opened a ticket with PUD. PUD came out and diagnosed issue with fiber termination point. Clean, simple fix. Good fiber ISP.

Internet rarely works, but the bills are always on time. At least once every other week the internet will drop. They rarely call back and it’s a waiting game until it comes back on. Ifiber will blame PUD for the outage and PUD blames ifiber, it’s a constant cycle with no answers. I do like their service tech though, when he came out to my house he was very helpful and polite. But that’s the only positive
