Company used to be called AccuRemote, but changed name to IGaging. Both have the same address and phone number. If you email them for customer support you will not get an answer. Call them and you'll get an old man who just says, "Okay Okay..."
Asked for a replacement case for my micrometer, because it was damaged on shipment, but just ignored emails. I called them and the man said it would be shipped, never received anything. Basic item, so I don't know what kind of technical support you would receive if a serious problem or accuracy issue occurred with your gauging tooling.
Do NOT buy from this company, they don’t answer their emails, they don’t answer their messages. This company has poor faulty products and when something breaks within in warranty they don’t not answer.
I’ve had a Ez led magnifying lamp that is no longer working to no reason I can think of and igaging is no where around to help
