Beet kvas deserves its own ode - full of antioxidants and with only three ingredients, it is a healthy sugarless alternative to a carbonated beverage in summer. Loved this first visit to the food truck! We had the falafel gyro, the grain bowl and the sauerkraut chocolate cake, and everything was amazing. All the vegetables were so delicious.

What an absolute gem of a food truck! Just off of the Kingston Ferry. 💯 recommend the Kimchi Waffle Fries (the dipping sauce is so addicting) & Ukrainian Dumplings- both the beef & mushroom&potato are so delicious. The falafel gyro topped with those homemade fermented veggies was perfectly balanced in flavor and texture. Highly recommend!! I am looking forward to visiting again before exploring the Kitsap Peninsula!
