As someone who was once a loyal customer of this smoke shop, I'm pretty disappointed by the experience I had during my recent visit. I went in looking for a simple vape battery and was sold one with a very specific charger that I wasn't informed of by the clerk. It wasn't until I barely left the counter that I realized my mistake, but upon this realization, the employee's lack of willingness to help left me in a state of shock and disappointment. Despite explaining the situation and requesting to exchange the battery or pay the difference for one with a universal charger, the clerk was dismissive, rude, and utterly unhelpful. He not only refused to assist me in any way but tried to blame me for the situation, which was not my fault. What's even more frustrating is that the battery was locked in a display case until purchased, and I was seeking recommendations from the clerk before making my purchase. Yet, he failed to mention that the battery had a specific charger, which could have prevented this issue in the first place. As someone who had been a return customer at this store, I was baffled that the employee would jeopardize future business over just one dollar. It's hard to imagine that such a small amount of money could be worth losing a loyal customer, but apparently, that's the case at this establishment. The customer service was terrible, the employee was rude, unhelpful, and showed a lack of concern for my satisfaction as a customer or and willingness to take responsibility for the situation. As a former customer of this shop, I'm disappointed by how poorly I was treated and how dismissive the employee was of my concerns. I will not be returning and would advise anyone else who asks me to steer clear and to spend your money somewhere you'll be valued and respected as a customer.
