The solar panels were put on the wrong side of my roof. I have photos and documentation of them all suppose to be put on the South side and West side of the roof yet 5 panels were installed on the East Side of my roof. Who puts solar panels on the East Side of the roof in San Diego ? I have put in my phone calls to Mitch the salesman and to Bernie the lead guy for EXL solar. Bernie told me he would talk to his Foreman Brian and see what they could do. I have reached out a couple times since then. It has been a week and a 1/2 and have not gotten any phone calls back at this point. Now I have solar panels on the wrong side of my roof and other solar panels installed the wrong way not per plan. Now that's gonna create a lot of holes in my roof that I do not want.. I don't know what to do but you won't receive a dime from me until things get fixed !!!

To be honest with everything going on with COVID 19 there’s been a lot of uncertainty And this all came at a good time for our family. We’ve looked into solar in the past and have met with lots of different companies. Lots of which have tried pushing their way to “get a sale” and rushing us to make a decision. I don’t like to do business that way. Preston was my rep and helped us go from start to finish.. and even when there was any delays in the process they made sure that I was updated the whole way which I appreciate that in a company. He went at our pace and gave us lots of different options and has been the only person that has been able to make it work with our situation. The timeline of it all has taken a little longer than I would like but I’m sure that’s probably due to COVID everything has been a little slower and shut down. Very impressed with the installers! good customer service and communication. Service is a big thing for me so these guys get a thumbs up from the Ledezmas! 👍🏼

The contractors who installed my solar panels were absolutely fantastic. They were courteous and efficient. The install process went very slowly and they were careful to match paint in any AMD all areas they worked on. 10/10
