I ordered the mattress from the retail store and set up the delivery for an exact date and time. The time was up and I waited extra 30mins for the mattresses to arrive but they didn't . I called the place to see if the mattresses are still coming or not and they tell me that the delivery hasn't set up and they always make sure and confirm a week ahead so it is my fault that I didn't confirm. Here I am looking at the invoice that says the delivery was already set up. I took a day off to be at the house and I lose $300 a day taking a day off. So I wanted to cancel my order and the lady who works there tells me that they don't do cancelations. I wouldn't recommend this business to buy your furnitures as they would try to make it look like it's your own fault from their mistakes instead of apologizing. The sales person's initials were EZ/BL.
