We would like to congratulate Johnny for his great customer service today. We were looking for a product and he made sure we had it. He had to go through a few sections in the store, so it was much appreciated. That was very kind! Way to go!

“If you are missing a box or a part that should have been included inside the package, simply contact us within 365 days of the purchase with your receipt information.” This is straight from your terms and conditions. However, when I called customer support as I was missing an item, I was informed it should’ve been reported within 7 days, and we are reporting it 9 days after as we have assembled only recently. Nowhere on your terms and conditions does it say 7 days, it says 365 as I quoted above. We were also told that if we were missing a specific part of one of the items, then they can send it, but since you forgot the entire item, you won’t send it. Where lies the logic in this? Abhorrent after-sales service.

I wish they had stools for employees to sit on. It feels as if they are being published to work there. Other than that it is like any other Ikea around the world. It would help if Transit was more convenient to the store.
