But fret not, dear shopper, for this is rare, In a place so grand, this is but a spare fare. For IKEA in Round Rock is more than a store, It's an experience, an adventure, and so much more.
My son and I were here Friday Aug 2, and the customer service here was HORRIBLE. Self checkout didn't work. At all. Then the clerk told me, after I rang up my items, Oh, you can't pay cash here, it's debit card credit card only. I said. No... Get me a Manager please. ( and there was no sign on the register that said Credit card only. ) A kind older lady offered to help me at another register. Only good employee in the whole huge building! Also the section of the store where you grab your own boxes or items. 3 young men were working. I asked 1 to help my son please. . He didn't want to help us. Slow and acted entitled and lazy. The Store needs Wheelchair motorized scooters ....8-10 of them. It is NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE for anyone. Entire experience was horrible! No assistance. No customer service. No help. No carry out. No concern for customers over 40.
