Fantastic choice for a Sunday evening. The food, atmosphere, staff, & the chefs! 5 + stars for all of the above. The focaccia bread, a must order, just do it. The salmon, though simple with ingredients, packed so much depth & delicious flavor, also was cooked to perfection (medium rare). Our salad had many ingredients & a spicy vinaigrette that was so tasty! You cannot forget dessert - vanilla panna cotta with caramel popcorn, yum! And a perfect way to end the meal. And this all came out of an outdoor kitchen with a wood fire oven.... WOW! Every staff member we interacted with, which were the chefs, the owners, etc was so pleasant and fun! I never knew I would have a destination in Zillah that had amazing food!
