Nick has always gone above and beyond when we have used him for our mortgage needs. We have now used him 3 times - for our initial mortgage and 2 refinances. He takes the time to explain everything to us so we can make informed decisions, he is transparent and understands the market trends. We had a wonderful experience with Nick on our refinance, and now we had another wonderful experience with our new home loan! He made sure all the deadlines are met way before the due date, let us know when rates fluctuate, informed us of critical times to lock in the rate (especially during these times of the Fed raising rates).
