Audi, the owner, is by far THE BEST in the biz! She is so professional yet caring and explains everything to you as you go! She has been doing my hair for almost a year and a bit and she is just THE BEST. If you are looking for someone who can do what you are requesting, go to her! She never fails to produce quality results and at a fair price and timeframe. I love Audi and her salon. It is a great space to go, get away for a bit and pamper yourself!!!!!!!

Do NOT recommend this place or business owner as your preference. She will give you the run around with your scheduled appointment and waist your time. I had my scheduled appointment 2 weeks in advance with the owner because I have a wedding this upcoming weekend. Got the text notification two days later my set date and time. I get to my appointment early and I waited an hour with no notice of her potentially being late or not showing up at all. Even her co-workers are aware she's been doing this to other clients. I was being nice on giving this lady a chance after leaving her a voicemail and shooting her a text. She replied "I slept in, I am so sorry". She tried getting me in the next day and as hesitative as I was, I still needed my hair done. Got blown off again and rescheduled to "discount" and "free products" and "perfect time". I showed up at my preferred time at the salon and again she let me know she was running late so I waited an hour and a half. Mind you I come from Sunnyside driving to Kennewick and have a 5 month baby at home. I was not going to wait a minute longer and demanded a refund. She is quick on that one. People go out of their way to get their hair cut and how dare this business owner treat people like this. Don't mess with this lady she will waist your time.
