Pésimo servicio de 12 terapias que tuve solo fui a 6 y solo ponían un pad caliente en mi espalda baja por 10 minutos y 10 minutos de un leve masaje en el área afectada y era todo cuando mi dr avía recomendado mis terapias de 45 minutos te cambian tus fechas de terapia sin previo aviso cuando les da la gana de plano no ay quien pueda tener buen resultado con esas terapias

Couldn’t even make it into the front door so i cant review the actual physical therapy experience. I’ve been calling for about 2 weeks to get a new patient consultation for a painful ankle injury with no luck. Either no one answers the phone or whoever answers the phone “is not the one who schedules people and she’s not here.” They’ll take your name and number, WHICH I’VE GIVEN TO THEM 3 SEPARATE TIMES and say they’ll reach out to you to schedule, but nothing. Not a single call from them. I’ve literally called them over 6 times and was told to call back on Tuesday for a Thursday appt (since it was my only day off for two weeks that I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for), called 3x on Tuesday and no one answered the phone. Got someone on the phone again on Wednesday with the same story about how the girl who schedules isn’t there but she’ll be there tomorrow, Thursday, which is today. Let them know I’ve been calling for a Thursday appointment and was told “sorry no same day appointments.” sorry, but if you can’t make a simple appointment as a receptionist what are you doing??? I’ve worked as a receptionist before at a very busy clinic and never failed to make a call back. Serious lack of customer service here.

I never write reviews, but I do not want people to have an unrealistic expectation or take time our of their day to just be disappointed. The customer service is friendly however they are not transparent, they say they only except cash but when I arrive they also take CC but again remind me that its only cash. They also didn't tell me I was going to see my doctor through a mini Ipad, so I was suppose to see Dr. Kaminsky for my consultation and the lady seats me in a room where I am expecting the doctor to come in but instead she hands me a mini Ipad, where this "doctor" fully diagnosis me and gives me a treatment plan in less than 8 minutes. I went in for a right arm boxing injury which I explained runs from the shoulder down to the elbow and wrist and says no its 100% your shoulder... how would he even know or see with out properly taking the steps to be there in person and see my range of motion or have any documentation of my previous health history. Pretty ridiculous and a waste of time, I would not recommend coming here or wasting your time unless you're okay with being 100% diagnosed through a mini Ipad lol
