I dont even know where to start with this place. First off walk ins are NOT welcome and if you have an appointment, make sure you clear our your entire schedule for the day because you will probably be at the shop for a couple hours to get a less than mediocre hair cut. If i could give this place zero stars I would. The owner johnny clearly does not want to make money because getting an appointment is like pulling teeth at this “establishment”. If you want to waste your time and probably not even get your hair cut this is definitely the place for you!
Reply to Johnny You personally have cut my hair once and Justin has cut me up twice. I even called just the other day (which prompted this whole thing) and you couldn’t give an answer for a time I could come in. Almost seeming like you did not want my business. That was actually the third time I have called and this has happened. I have tried to give your business many chances and really like Justin. After seeing your responses to other customers and the one to mine, I can tell you are very unprofessional. If you are going to give this place a chance, get cut by Justin.
