The manager or person working here named Joaquin was beyond aggressive, disrespectful, and inconsiderate.
I tried picking up my car only to remember that I forgot the keys to it in another car. I told him they would be there in 20 minutes. Understandly, I know they close at 5, but I asked nicely if they can make an exception. He said yes no problem and then all of a sudden he said no and he was going to charge me another storage day fee. Who says yes and then changes their mind? I was already telling someone to be on their way.
I was told they are a small family owned business and I also own a small business, and I would NEVER treat people the way they did.
It was unbelievable how rude their workers are and unsympathetic they are. That is NO way to run a business.
NEVER USE THEM.
