Hello, I had IME paint my house last year, and they did a fantastic job! First they pressure washed the house, then they sanded all the wood to almost bare wood, some of the windows they took out of the locking pins to sand and paint them better. Then they applied 2 coats of primer, 2 coats of finish, and did a thorough job caulking all the windows and areas that needed caulking. I was so impressed with their workmanship, I had them paint my 3 unit 2 story apartment building, that needed a lot of repair. the top section was wood siding that needed to be sanded all the way to bare wood, the wooden frames around the windows were warped and cracking, they replaced all the bad sections. again, everything got 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of finish. and they chalked all areas that needed caulking This was a big job, they were there for 1 month, there is a large carport area, and they put new doors on my electrical box that were in bad shape. You could find cheaper bids, but like the old saying goes, "You Get What You Pay For" I am extremely happy with both paint jobs IME Painting did for me, when I go up to my Apt Building, I have pride of ownership on how well it looks. It has been almost a year since my Apt Building has been painted, and it looks like it was painted yesterday!
