I've been here twice and both times have been lovely. The lady who did my nails remembered me and knew what I wanted for my second visit right away. (I do the same nail color everytime milky white usually). Everyone is very considerate and shows they care.
They are clean and well maintained work spaces. The shop manager/owner keeps the employees heald accountable when cleaning in between clients. One station was dusty and the manager caught it immediately cleaned it and followed up with the employee in a very kind manner.
They are delicate and kinds to possibly embarrassing situations. There was a lady in who had somthing wrong with her feet or nails (fungus) and the workers were very polite and gave advice and suggestions to get her feet heqlthy again. They didn't make fun of her or make her feel embarrassed. I was right next to the lady and they were very quite and discreet. I'm just nosey that's the only reason I noticed.
This place I would definitely recommend!
