They do what they need to do, fast friendly and loads better than the last company my workplace had on contract. Not a fun or easy business to do what they do but they always show up with a smile and get the job done.

Was in a bind to get a vehicle towed out of a business's parking lot. Called Beth at Impact towing and she handled everything quickly and smoothly. Got a driver out in 20 minutes and car back home. Great experience. Highly recommend their services.
