Inexplicably bad - my suit jacket came home with NO BUTTONS!
I brought my dress suit to IMPERIAL cleaners in July but it was too warm to wear it to the occasion. I just took it out of my closet today and THE BUTTONS on the jacket WERE GONE! I went in the the cleaner and explained what had happened. -They said I was lying
As an aside I asked for the cuff of the of the pants to not be pressed. This was because the told me they COULD NOT press them from the inside as I wanted. So I asked that they NOT be pressed at all. But they did press over the hem. I didn't think that warranted a bad review. But no buttons on my suit! That warrants a very bad review .
