I always take items there for dry-cleaning and never have any issues with them. On the spot and very expedient.

I had 2 shirts cleaned and my bill was $6. I gave them my debit card and the fellow ringing me up said they would have to charge me $.50 because it was less than a $10 transaction. I then told him all I had was a $100 bill and he said he couldn't break it. Wait so I offer to pay cash to avoid the extra charge and bc he doesn't have enough $20s in his register I still get penalized to use my card? Wow. Hope it was worth the $.50 today to lose a customer for a lifetime. Good luck to you and your lame policy.

Dropped off laundry and dry cleaning on a Friday, requested a Wednesday return, and that was what was put on the ticket. Went in on Wednesday late afternoon for pick up. They hadn't even started my order. Incompetent service. Retrieved my still-unclean clothes and took them elsewhere. Will not return.
