I’ve had a great experience with Joel at Importtrix. He always explains everything very clearly and if there’s any new problems or issues that arise as a job is being done he always contacts me to explain the situation and get my permission before moving forward with the repair.
Their turnaround for repairs is fast. Light tasks like a brake job can be completed the same day which is very convenient.
My first experience with Importtrix was when I really needed new brakes and rotors done that day for my Ford Transit Connect. It was already around 4:30 pm- Found Importtrix on yelp and gave them a call. He said come by they’ll get it done... about an hour and a half later it was done, a great first experience. Since then I’ve gotten a couple other Ford e-250 commercial vans for our delivery business general tune-ups and maintenance. They’re a great shop not only for custom high performance cars, but commercial domestic trucks and vans as well.
