I've got to give them one star. I went through the online application process, had my co-signer go through the online process, four days have gone by without contact. Multiple attempts to contact their office failed. Property remains available on-line. Will not even return my calls or emails. Entirely unprofessional.

Most unprofessional experience in my life regarding housing. Catrina Bindel could not definitively answer any of my questions, got flustered, then hung up on me. I have never felt so bad about myself for being diligent about the application process.
Also, don't expect them to contact you at all if you weren't selected for a rental bc there are "over 100" applicants and it's impossible for them to manage.

Catrina has been exceptionally helpful throughout the entire rental process! My partner and I are moving from out of town and tried to go through Humboldt Property Management before going through IMS. Our expectations have been blown away. Catrina was not only very responsive and quick with answers, but gave us a virtual tour of the rental. I highly recommend IMS and Catrina.
