I had a great experience working with Rafi from IMX in leasing a new 2024 Audi A5 Coupe. They saved me a lot of time, good amount of money and dealing with unnecessary sales tactics that most dealers provide. Process was simple, communication was excellent and I’ve already told all of my friends and family. I rarely ever leave reviews unless the service was either absolutely amazing or very bad. However, my experience with Raffi at this company was BEYOND amazing! I've leased and financed many cars over the years, whether it was through brokers or directly with the dealer. I usually like going through brokers because of how easy and convenient the process is. Recently I was in the market to lease a new vehicle as the current lease on my vehicle was about to end, and I really needed to find a great deal fast, get it done and be on my way. However, it was extremely important for me to work with a broker that really cared about customer service, a company that actually had the best interest for my specific situation and what my needs were for my next vehicle, someone who was responsive, wouldn't just try to put me in a car that would bring him/her the most commission and someone that I can continue to work with in the long run; and most importantly, someone that I can TRUST to be my go to guy not only for future auto purchases, but someone that I can with a good conscience refer my friends and family to. I've worked with brokers in the past who somewhat took care of me in the beginning, but then the 2nd/3rd time just were never available, lied, didn't return my calls on time, couldn't even remember what I asked from them, etc... My experience with Raffi was just absolutely top notch!!! Let's for a moment put aside the AMAZING deal that he got me on the car that I wanted, with a crazy discount off the MSRP that no other dealer would discount that much, especially in this crazy car market, and let me first tell you about my experience with him as a person and as a rep of this business. From the very first phone call, I was extremely impressed by his level of professionalism, responsiveness, his genuine heartfelt character, his approach towards me as one human being to another and especially his concern for my specific situation and his willingness to do everything he can to not only earn my business, but to also make me feel valued as a customer. Every single time he told me that he would call me back or find out something within a certain time, no matter how busy he was or how many other deals he was working on, he always made sure to call me back whenever he said he would, always answered all of my questions in detail and made sure that he was fully transparent with me in every aspect of the process, pricing, the most likely outcome based on my credit situation and even made very thoughtful suggestions as to what else might work for me without ever once making me feel like he's being pushy or trying to up sell me on a more expensive vehicle. As a matter of fact, based on the types of vehicles and price points that I was asking him about, he was suggesting cars and specials that never went above my budget and even lower than what I was looking for to help me save money. Just an absolute pleasant person to work with, went above and beyond to accommodate me on whatever I asked for, personally came to the dealer to hand deliver the vehicle and proved to me that great customer service and businesses that truly still value their customers and their business still exist! I can very honestly and genuinely say that I felt like I was treated as a family member and have found my guy for all of my future auto purchases! With a clean conscience I can refer all my friends and family to him and know that they will be taken care of with the highest level of priority and like family as well! I love and truly value businesses like this and hard working great people such as Raffi at IMX! You rock my brother! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING AND THE ABSOLUTELY MEMORABLE AND SUPER AMAZING SERVICE!!! No wonder why you have been so successful in this business for so long!
