I find the EFT work shines a light on thought and behavioral patterns as well emotions I can feel in my physical body, and with Gregg's guidance, has provided the tools for me to move forward in the direction and desired outcomes I seek.
I find that it is beneficial to work with someone who is able to hear you and reflect you, back to you, in a way that allows you to see yourself more clearly in order to move forward and grow. In my experience, Gregg is skilled at creating a safe space to be vulnerable allowing you to express parts of yourself you may not show or verbalize to the world or even acknowledge to yourself. He maintains a compassionate neutrality and judgement-free dialogue which has made me feel heard, while constructively utilizing my sharing to incorporate it into EFT (emotional freedom technique) or tapping.
I have worked with Gregg on a range of things from tackling the adrenaline storm I would have from needles, injections and IVs to processing the experiences of loss and death of loved ones. Does it work? Yes, I experience the difference it has made daily.
Since working with Gregg, I have read a book on EFT as well as watched videos. But, I find that partnering with a skilled practitioner provides the opportunity to get out of my head and analytical side, and into the non-rational, emotional aspects of myself. I like to think of partnering with Gregg, as a professional who calls on a coach or specialist. Much gratitude!
Gregg is a one of a kind gem. I started working with him for EFT tapping about a year and a half ago when struggling with severe anxiety. In the past 1.5 years with him, I feel I have made more progress than I made in over a decade of talk therapy!
I’m a 32 year old female and have always gravitated towards female therapeutic providers in the past, and was honestly initially hesitant to try working with a male provider, but decided to give it a try upon my aunt’s referral to Gregg’s EFT tapping sessions during an anxiety crisis (my aunt has loved working with Gregg as well). Gregg immediately made me feel so comfortable and safe in our sessions. I have worked with him on everything from shifting unhelpful thought patterns to processing a break up to acceptance around my anxiety, and worked particularly on a fear of flying.
In less than the last year, I went from nearly avoiding flying altogether to being able to take +4 hour flights. I still struggle with anxiety on flights, but it’s often half of what it used to be just under a year ago, and I have infinitely more tools to use when I get anxious. Gregg helped me shift my definition of success to include my imperfections, which allowed me to have so much more self-compassion when experiencing anxiety on flights (and in life). Gregg has truly been a godsend for me, and our work together has been life changing.
I leave almost every session with Gregg feeling energized, and like I had a mind-blowing revelation thanks to his incredible intuitive insights, wisdom, and guidance. He has such a skill at taking my complex thoughts and feelings that I have a hard time verbalizing and eloquently putting them into words. On top of that, Gregg has a great sense of humor and I actually have fun in our sessions, something that I think people rarely feel about therapeutic work, lol!
To be honest, I didn’t even realize the extent to which a practitioner can be so effective and healing in your life until meeting Gregg - he raised the bar to a whole new plane of existence. If you are struggling with mental health, difficult life circumstances, stress, looking to do more internal exploration etc etc, I couldn’t recommend someone more! He is an amazing coach and all around human.
