New EV driver, on a trip at 2 am desperately needing to charge to finish up the route. Initially charging station wasn’t working. We had no other option, but on a whim I decided to call the phone number listed and they answered in about 1 min. They were able to restart the machine, and within 5 min we had speed charging of 60kw. Literally saved our life from sleeping in the car overnight until more opened up. It was seamless after the trouble shoot and a true life saver!
