Our experience has been well above and beyond our expectations with Halie as our property manager. She has been there in any time we needed her. Tony has been a stellar maintenance tech as well! 10/10 would recommend leasing with Hailie!!! Hawks landing is also a nice community

Halie Johnson has been a great Property Manager during my 3-year stay in Renton. During my move-in, move-out, and times between where I needed to reach her - she was always kind, understanding, and accomodating. Whenever I had questions or concerns or simply needed some help or assistance, she was always responsive, timely, and thorough. All things considered, I could not have asked for a better InCity Properties team than Halie and Tony - they made all the biggest difference in my stay, and I could not thank them enough.

Halie is THE BEST property manager I have EVER had! From viewing the property to moving in to getting maintenance request resolved, ALL AROUND a wonderful experience! The unit was spotless & fully ready for move in, Halie & Tony always respond promptly, and they make living in my townhouse so easy. Highly recommend them!
