I had a bill due and I called 3 of their billing numbers. I need to talk to a actually person, because I had some difficulties with the payment. Luckily I called their customer service number and they helped me quickly. What normal takes a half hour took only 10 minutes. And thank you to the two young women for being so helpful! :)

Their billing department is HORRIBLE. Paid the bill, they sent my check back, getting late charges and no one will answer the phone. Why would anyone trust these people with an important medical issue ?

HORRIBLE COMPANY!! DISHONEST! AVOID at all costs! I was informed by an employee from Incyte’s marketing department that they had bungled delivery of my blood samples for the exact same test not just once, but, TWICE! Got some strange excuses that didn’t make sense. Bottom line, they carelessly mishandled my blood samples causing me to need a third blood draw (elsewhere, of course). Incyte lied and assured me that neither my insurance company nor myself would be charged. Lo and behold, they still billed us both. Called their billing department about the bill, they claim “nobody knows anything.” Now, they’re trying to turn me in to collections. Horrible, unprofessional, fraudulent company. Zero stars.
